| 摘 要： | 目的观察桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法将102例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为观察组52例和对照组50例。观察组采用桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗，对照组采用左氧氟沙星治疗。比较2组临床疗效和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率和不良反应发生率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗慢性前列腺炎可取得良好的效果，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of guizhi fuling pills in chronic prostatitis. Methods 102 ca- ses patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into observation group（52cases）and control group（50cases）. Obser- vation group was treated by guizhi fuling pills. Control group was treated by levofloxacin. After tveatment,compared the clinical effect and adverse reactions of 2 groups. Results The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reaction of observation group were better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Guizhi fuling pills in chronic prostatitis has an good efficacy, worthy of clinical application. |
