消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的影响因素分析

目的：分析消化性溃疡（PU）并发上消化道出血的相关影响因素。方法选取2O11年3月-2O13年3月本院接收的2O6例 PU 患者，48例（试验组）并发上消化道出血，158例（对照组）未合并消化道出血。对所有患者进行问卷调查，统计并分析 PU 并上消化道出血的相关影响因素。结果 PU 合并上消化道出血的相关影响因素中，两组婚姻状态与家族相关病史比较，差异均无统计学意义（ P 〉 O. O5）；两组男性、年龄≥6O 岁、长期吸烟、嗜酒、个人卫生情况差、喜刺激性食物以及有非甾体抗炎药用药史比较，差异均有统计学意义（ P 〈 O. O5）。结论应注意对发生上消化道出血的高危型 PU 患者提前采取适当的预防干预措施，以降低并发上消化道出血的概率，改善 PU的治疗效果。

Influence Factor of Peptic Ulcer Combined with Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Objective To analyze the relevant factors of peptic ulcer（ PU）combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods 2O6 PU patients in our hospital from Mar. 2O11 to Mar. 2O13 were divided into study group（48 cases） with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and controll group（158 cases）without upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Questionnaire survey was conducted for all patients,to analyze the relevant factors of PU combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Results In the relevant factors of PU combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,marital status and family history of rele-vant of two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant（P 〉 O. O5）;The factors of male,age ≥ 6O years old,seeking smoking,alcoholomania,poor personal hygiene situation,excitant food and using NSAIDs drug of two groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈O. O5）. Conclusion High - risk of PU patients should take prevention to decrease incidence and gastrointestinal hemorrhage,to improve effects.
