参苓白术散治疗口腔溃疡的疗效观察

目的 研究参苓白术散治疗脾虚型口腔溃疡的治疗效果.方法 选取2011年6月-2013年4月本院收治的138例脾虚型口腔溃疡患者,按照患者治疗期间采用的不同治疗方案,将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组69例.对照组采用维生素C治疗,观察组采用参苓白术散治疗.比较两组患者的溃疡改善情况和治疗效果.结果 观察组患者的溃疡间歇时间长于对照组,平均溃疡个数少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗后观察组患者的临床疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 参苓白术散能够有效减少脾虚型口腔溃疡患者的溃疡症状,延长间歇时间,疗效显著,值得临床推广.

Clinical Effect Observation of Shenling Baizhu Powder Treating Oral Ulcer

Objective To study the clinical effect of treating shenling baizhu powder oral ulver.Methods 138 oral ulcer patients from Jun 2011 to Apr 2013 in our hospital,were divided into study group and controlled group according to difference treatment,69 patients in each group.The controlled group was treated with vitamine C,the study group was treated with shenling baizhu powder.To compare the effect of these two groups.Results The internal time of ulcer of study group was longer than controlled group,and the amount of ulcer in study group was less than controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The effect in study group was better than controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Oral ulcer patients are treated with shenling baizhu powder can release symptom of ulcer and increase internal time with significant effect to extend in clinic.
