我院“特殊使用级”抗菌药物应用分析

目的评价该院“特殊使用级”抗菌药物的使用情况。方法从医院信息系统中调取2012年1—6月及2013年1～6月各科使用亚胺培南西司他丁钠、盐酸万古霉素的医嘱信息，结合医院检验科提供的细菌培养和药敏试验数据，分析病原菌对亚胺培南西司他丁钠、盐酸万古霉素的药敏及耐药情况以及“特殊使用级”抗菌药物临床应用的合理性。结果“特殊使用级”抗菌药物2012年1～6月的用量控制的很好、2013年1～6月的用量合理。亚胺培南西司他丁钠的用量消化内科增长最多；盐酸万古霉素的用量骨伤科、感染科、呼吸内科增长最多。结论该院“特殊使用级”抗菌药物使用较合理。

The analysis of special use class antibacterials in our hospital

Objective To evaluate the utilization of antibiotics for special use in our hospital. Methods The infor- mation of medical orders of imipenem-cilastain solium and vancomycin hydrochloride in departments was collected from hospital information system（HIS） between 2012（ from January to June） and 2013 （ from January to June）. According to the result of bac- terial culture and medical sensitive test provided by the clinical laboratory of our hospital, analyze the rationality of the utiliza- tion of antibiotics for special use in our hospital to determine the susceptibility and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria to imipenem-cilastain solium and vancomycin. Results The utilization of antibiotics in 2012 （from January to June） had a good control and the utilization of antibiotics in 2013 （from January to June）was reasonable. The imipenem-cilastain solium use in digestive medicine department was increased the most. The vancomycin hydrochloride use was increased the most in depart- ments of orthopedics, infection and respiratory. Conclusion The utilization of antibiotics for special use is reasonable in our hospital.
