高通量血液透析治疗老年慢性肾衰竭的疗效

目的 分析高通量血液透析在老年性慢性肾衰竭患者中的疗效.方法 选取2008年12月-2012年12月于我院血液净化中心进行血液透析的患者64例,分为高通量组和常规组,各40例和24例,分别采用高通量透析方式和血液透析滤过方式进行血液透析,对比两组透析前与透析后6个月相关指标变化情况和并发症情况.结果 治疗前两组血钙（Ca）、血磷（P）、血红蛋白（Hb）、血肌酐（Scr）、血尿素氮（BUN）以及β2微球蛋白（β2-MG）、三酰甘油（TG）、血浆清蛋白（ALB）比较,差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;治疗6个月后两组Ca指标比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,其他相关指标均改善,Hb、ALB均出现升高,P、Scr、BUN、β2-MG、TG均降低,但高通量组改善优于常规组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 高通量的血液透析方式在老年慢性肾衰竭的治疗中效果显著,值得推广.

Clinical Effect of High-flux Hemodialysis for Senile Chronic Renal Failure

Objective To analyze the effect of high-flux hemodialysis for senile chronic renal failure.Methods 64 hemodialysis patients from Dec 2007 to Dec 2012 in our hospital,were divided into high-flux group and convention group,40 cases and 24 cases in each group.The high-flux group was treated with high-flux hemodialysis,and the convention group was treated with common hemodialysis.To compare the effect and complication of these two groups.Results The results of Ca,P,Hb,Scr,BUN,β2-MG,TG,ALB before treatment between the two groups was not difference statistically significant（P＞0.05）.To the except result of Ca after six months was difference statistically significant in these two groups（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Senile chronic renal failure were treated with high-flux hemodialysis is effective to extend in clinic.
