| 摘 要： | 目的：比较雷贝拉唑联合依托必利与雷贝拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗老年性食管炎的临床疗效。方法选取2OO9年4月-2O12年9月本院内科收治的老年性食管炎患者97例，随机分为观察组和对照组，其中观察组48例，对照组49例；观察组患者给予雷贝拉唑和伊托必利，对照组患者给予雷贝拉唑和多潘立酮。治疗2个月后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组临床症状改善的总有效率以及内镜下改善的总有效率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 〈 O. O5）。结论雷贝拉唑联合和伊托必利治疗老年性食管炎具有较好疗效，临床症状改善明显，适合临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Rabeprazole combined with Itopride and Domperidone in the treatment of senile esophagitis. Methods 97 senile esophagitis patients in our hospital from April 2OO9 to September 2O12, were randomly divided into observation group and control group,48 cases in observation group and 49 cases in control group;Observation group was treated with Rabeprazole and Itopride,control group was treated with Rabeprazole and Domperidone. The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared after 2 months of treatment. Results The improvement of clinical symptoms and endoscopic total efficiency total efficiency of observation group were better than control group,the difference were statistically sig-nificance（P 〈 O. O5）. Conclusion Rabeprazole combines with Itopride in the treatment of senile esophagitis has good effect and clinical symptoms improved significantly. |
