老年泌尿系感染患者的临床治疗分析

目的 探讨老年泌尿系感染的临床特征及治疗.方法 选取2007年8月-2011年6月本院综合病房住院治疗的泌尿系感染尿培养阳性患者60例,进行回顾性分析.结果 老年泌尿系感染为多种微生物感染（随着泌尿系操作的增加及广谱抗生素的应用以及院内感染的增加,铜绿假单胞菌及鲍曼不动杆菌有所增加）,男女致病菌构成无差别.耐药情况明显增加,需要较长时间抗生素治疗以及药物联合治疗.结论 老年泌尿系感染,临床缺乏典型症状.治疗根据药敏结果合理选药,治疗同时给予合并症处置及肾功能监测.

The Clinical Treatment Analysis of Paitents with Urinary Tract Infection of the Elderly

Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics and trentment of urinary tract infection of the elderly.Methods 60 cases of urinary tract infection elderly patients from August 2007 to June 2011 with urine culture positive,were analyzed retrospectively.Results A urinary of microbial infection caused tract infection of elderly（along with the increasing application of broad-spectrum antibiotics and urinary operation including nosocomial infection Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter Baumanar were growing）,there were no difference between men and women.With the increasing of the drug resistance,antibiotic therapy took a longer time and need to combine.Conclusion The infection of urinary in the elderly patients is lack of typical clinical symptoms.Treatment of choosing drugs according to drug sensitivity results.To take notice of complication and monitoring renal function among the treating.
