| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨推拿与针刺同步介入治疗失眠的疗效。方法：70例失眠患者随机分为推拿针刺组（治疗组）和口服安定片组（对照组）两组，治疗3个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果：两纽治疗后疗效差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗纽疗效优于对照组。结论：推拿与针刺同步介入治疗失眠，疗效确切，无毒副作用，值得推广运用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical effects of massage and Acupuncture treating insomnia. Methods： 70 cases patients with insomnia were divided into observation group with massage and Acupuncture and control group with Diazepam, 3 courses of treatment later, evaluating the clinical effects.Results： The curative effect of two groups were compared,there was a significant diference in statistics,the curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The curative effect of massage and acupuncture treating insomniawas was certain, and the method was safe and should be applied to practice. |
