| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the causes, department distribution, and solving measures of 51 cases of medical disputes in basic hospitals in Jingyang county in Xianyang city, proposing medical disputes major occur in departments of surgical operations, including departments of orthopedics, surgery, obstetrics, and gynecology. Relevent countermeasure of preventing medical disputes are also raised in the paper. |
