社区护士主导的同伴教育对高血压患者自我管理行为的影响

摘    要:目的旨在探讨由社区护士主导的同伴教育对我国社区高血压患者自我管理行为的影响。方法由社区护士组织开展为期8周的同伴教育活动,每2周活动一次,每次活动时间1~1.5 h,共活动4次。采用自身对照法对同伴教育前后的社区高血压患者自我管理行为进行评价。结果活动结束2周后,定期运动的患者比例及自测血压行为得分有显著提高,血压有不同程度下降;服药依从性和BMI在同伴教育前后无显著性改变。结论社区护士主导的同伴教育对于提高社区高血压患者的自我管理行为和健康状况有一定效果。
