| 摘 要： | 目的研究胃癌组织中HSP60和HSP70的表达及其意义.方法将胃癌组织石蜡包埋切片,以ABC免疫组织化学法染色进行观察.结果50例胃癌HSP60和HSP70阳性率分别为56%和64%,高分化和未发生淋巴结转移的胃癌HSP60和HSP70阳性率均明显地低于未分化和有淋巴结转移的胃癌.结论HSP60和HSP70的表达可能与胃癌临床病理特征、生物学行为和预后有较密切的关系,两者可能是反映胃癌生物学行为和预后的重要标记物.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expressions of HSP60, HSP70 and its significance in gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical method of avidin-biotin complex was used in paraffin-embedded sections of gastric cancer tissues. Results The positive rates of HSP60, HSP70 were significantly lower in the cases of well-differentiation and without metastasis of lymph nodes than that in the ones of undifferentiation and with metastasis of lymph nodes. Conclusion The expressions of HSP60, HSP70 may be related to the clinicopathological characterization, biological behaviors and prognosis of gastric cancer. HSP60 and HSP70 may be important markers in reflecting the biological behavior and prognosis of gastric cancer. |
