退变性腰椎滑脱三维有限元模型的建立

摘    要:目的建立L4-L5退变性腰椎滑脱节段的有限元模型,用于生物力学研究.方法临床选用L4-L5退变性腰椎滑脱症患者,通过螺旋CT扫描,Adobe Photoshop 5.0系统对图像进行处理,划分节点和单元,建成有限元分析模型.结果建立了L4-L5退变性腰椎滑脱节段的有限元模型,模型总节点数为1162个,总单元数为662个.结论通过CT断层扫描、计算机辅助设计等方法,可以建立退变性腰椎滑脱节段的有限元模型.

Abstract:Objective To create a 3D finite element model on images of L4 - L5 spondylolisthesis for experimental study of biomechanics. Methods A volunteer with lumbar spondylolisthesis was treated as the subject, and the sectional images of L4 - L6 spondylolisthesis were obtained through Spiral CT scanning. After the images were handled by computer program Adobe Photoshop 5.0. The L4 - L5 spondylolisthesis images were divided into different units and nodes to create a 3D model. Results We created a 3D model of L4 - L5 spondylolisthesis including 662 units and 1162 nodes. Conclusion Finite element model of L4 - L5 spondylolisthesis can be created by means of CT scanning and computer aided design.
