| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预在小儿扁桃体、腺样体术后疼痛中的应用效果。方法:将430例扁桃体、腺样体摘除术后疼痛患儿分为实验组和对照组,各215例。实验组采用护理干预措施,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患儿术后疼痛的情况。结果:实验组患儿术后疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P0.01)。结论:积极的护理干预对小儿扁桃体、腺样体术后疼痛是有效的,而且操作简单,无任何不良反应,值得在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the effect of nuring intervention on the pain of postoperation of children tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. Methods：430 children patients after the operation of tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy were divided into control group and experiment group ,215 casee in each group. The experiment group using nursing intervention and the control group using normal nursing. To compare the pain coalition postoperation. Results ： the pain degree in experiment group was lower than in control group（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Nursing intervention could reduce the pain degree of children postoperation of tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy,it was worth to apply in clinic. |
