高分辨率超声对皮肤探查的可行性研究

目的探索超声对皮肤检查的可能性。方法本文对12块带皮猪大腿肉进行超声检查，力求能测定出表皮和真皮回声及厚度，并由病理医师仔细分清表皮和真皮组织，用游标卡尺测量其厚度，后由组织学检查确定是否为真皮和表皮组织，与超声测量结果对照。结果表皮组织为一线状强回声，真皮组织为偏低回声带。超声所测的表皮和真皮厚度分别为(0.168±0.038)mm和(2.06±0.15)mm，游标卡尺所测的厚度分别为(0.178±0.029)mm和(1.95±0.14)mm。超声所测的表皮和真皮厚度分别略低和略高于游标卡尺测量结果，但无统计学差异。原因可能为超声探查表皮时回声失落，游标卡尺测量真皮厚度略薄可能由于猪肉略脱水所致。超声所测的表皮和真皮组织经病理学证实为该组织。结论高分辨率超声能分辨出表皮和真皮组织

Study on Feasibility of the Skin Detection by High Resolution Ul trasond

Objective:To explore the feasibility of the skin examination using high resolution ultrasound.Methods：Twelve slices of pork with skin were studied by u ltrasound.Then the slices were examined by pathology.Results:The epidermic echo was strong and its mean thickness w as (0.168±0.038)mm.There was no difference statistically between the measurem ents in ultrasound and pathology.The dermal echo was lower,similar to muscle,and mean thickness was (2.06±0.15)mm corrlated with that of pathology.C onclusions:High resolution ultrasound can differentiate the limitation of the epidermis and derma.
