| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经桡动脉路径行冠状动脉介入治疗的围手术期护理。方法：总结了275例经桡动脉路径行冠状动脉介入治疗的围手术期护理经验，主要包括：术前的心理护理及完善术前准备，术中注意手术配合并密切观察患者反应，术后的病情观察、患肢的护理及健康指导等。结论：完善的围手术期护理是经桡动咏路径行冠状动脉介入治疗成功的重要保证。
