济南机务段部分机车司机疲劳情况调查

摘    要:[目的]了解机车司机班后生理、心理健康状况,以便采取有效措施,保障行车安全。[方法]2004年12月至2005年1月,对济南机务段的52名当班值乘机车司机和117名车站值班员进行调查。[结果]机车司机主观疲劳7个方面的罹患率均高于值班员(P<0.01或<0.05);自觉疲劳症状中的躯体疲劳、精神疲劳和感觉疲劳阳性率均高于值班员(P<0.01或<0.05);对红色、绿色和平均反应时间高于值班员,红色、黄色、绿色闪烁融合频率时间值均低于值班员(P<0.05)。[结论]机车司机值乘后的疲劳明显。

Abstract:[Objective]To investigate the mental and physical health condition of Locomotive engineers after the line of their duty.take effective strategies to ensure safety transportation.[Methods]52 locomotive engineers and 117 employees on duty were randomly selected for this study from December 2004 to January 2005.[Results]The incidence concerning 7 subjective fatigue in locomotive engineer was higher than that in employees on duty P<0.01 or <0.05),of the symptoms concerning subjective fatigue,the positive rate of physical fatigue,mental and sensory fatigue was higher in locomotive engineers than that in the employees on duty(P<0.01 or <0.05),The average response duration to red and green was higher than that in employees on duty.The critical flicker fusion frequency for average change of red,yellow and green was lower than that in the employees on duty(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The sensory of fatigue was up in Locomotive engineers after the line of their duty.
