Abstract:Objective: To observe the change of bulbar conjunctival microcirculation by infusing the different temperature fluids in the rabbit with hemorrhagic shock.Method: After the rabbit hemorrhagic shock model was successfully duplicated, the 30 rabbits were randomized to four groups, receiving hypothermic fluid(10.7±1.6 ℃), normothermic fluid(20.6±1.3 ℃)and hyperthermic fluid(39.5±1.3℃).The velocity of the blood flow, diameter and number of the capillary were measured at baseline, shock and resuscitation phases(1 h,2 h,4 h). Results: ⑴ After resuscitation, the velocity blood flow is recovered in all groups, the hyperthemic group is recovered earlier than other groups. ⑵ The diameter in the hyperthermic group is wider than other groups, and there is the significant difference among groups( P <0.05). ⑶ The number of capillary in the hypothermic group is less than others after resuscitation, but it is increased remarkable in the hyperthemic group. Conclusion: Using hyperthemic fluids can improve the microcirculation and help the resuscitation from shock.
