家兔正中神经干内躯体传入传出纤维来源的节段分布——HRP法

摘    要:<正> 我们过去在用Marchi方法对家兔正中神经干内结构进行的实验形态学研究中,曾观察到脊神经C_7、C_8和T_1腹支参与正中神经的组成,该文结果与杨安峰等编著的《兔的解剖》一书的叙述一致,但H Arakawa等以同一方法对家兔正中神经的研究指出,除脊神经C_7、C_8和T_1腹支以外,尚有C_6腹支参加其组成。为进一步探查家兔正中神经干内躯体传入传出纤维来源的节段分布,本文应用HRP直接触涂于周围神经断端追踪神经纤维来源的方法,作了以下研究。


THE SEGMENTAL DISTRIBUTION OF THE ORIGIN OF THE SOMATIC AFFERENT AND EFFERENT FIBERS IN THE MEDIAN NERVES OF RABBITS
Abstract:The segmental distribution of the origin of the somatic afferent and efferent fibers in the median nerve was studied on 5 adult rabbits by the method of retrograde axonal transport of horseradish peroxidase. After the cut ends of fhe left median nerves of these animals had been smeared directly with 0.3mg HRP(Sigma Ⅵ), some labeled cells appeared segmentally in ipsilateral ventral gray horn of spinal cord and ipsilateral spinal ganglia. Their segmental distribution presented from 5th cervical segment to 2nd thoracic segment. However, the labeled cells were found in C_7,C_8 and T_1 of all five animals and in C_6 and T_2 of some individual rabbits.Therefore a part from C_7,C_8 and T_1,5th and 6th cervical nerves and 2nd thoracic nerve could participate in the formation of brachial plexus at some rabbits.
