硬膜外自控镇痛用于剖宫产产妇的临床观察

目的:探讨硬膜外自控镇痛(PCEA)用于剖宫产产妇的镇痛效果及其影响. 方法:57例产妇用硬膜外自控镇痛(观察组),与55例术后当晚肌注盐酸哌替啶100mg(对照组)比较阵痛效果、子宫复旧、产后出血、母乳喂养、恶心呕吐反应、下床活动及术后肛门排气时间. 结果:观察组镇痛效果、开始泌乳时间及下床活动时间,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),而子宫复旧、产后出血、恶心呕吐反应及术后肛门排气时间均无显著性差异(P>0.05). 结论:硬膜外自控镇痛(PCEA)用于剖宫产产妇有良好的镇痛效果,副反应少,对产妇无不良影响,有应用价值.

Clinical analysis of patient-controlled epidural analgesia in patients of cesarean section

Objective: To investigate the pain relief effects of patient-controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA) and its influences after cesarean section.Methods: 57pregnant women were administered patient-controlled epidural analgesia(study group),55pregnant women were administered intramuscalarig Pethidine Hydrochlorida 100mg that night after cesarean section(control group).Their results were taken for a comparative study,including the analgesia efficacy,uterine contractions,postpartum hemorrh age,breast feeding,nausea and vomiting effect,time of getting out of bed and eliminating the gas in the abdomen after cesarean section.Results: The difference was effectively sinficant in the analgesiaefficacy(P<0.005),time of secreting first milk and getting out of bed(P<0.05)between the study group and the control group while there was no singnificant difference in uterine contractions.Postpartum hemorrhage,nause and vomiting effect and time of eliminating the gas in the abdomen after cesarean section(P>0.05).Conclusions: Patient-controlled epidural analgesia has great value.It has good efficacy and less side effects.It was very safe to pregnant women.
