前列腺素E治疗性引产1788例和平喘效应89例的临床观察

本文采用宫腔内羊膜腔外导管法,导管法加大水囊,导管法加小水囊,导管法加干脐带,水囊释放法,PGE加催产素水囊释放法和羊膜内注射等7种给药方法,进行PGE(PGE_1+PGE_2)中期妊娠引产1788例临床观察。结果表明总成功率高达99.4％。导管法加小水囊法及导管法加干脐带法的总产程短,平均9小时左右。水囊释放法简单,无副作用,用药量少,但产程较前两法稍长,此三种方法值得推荐。PGE气雾剂用于治疗支气管哮喘和喘息性慢性气管炎89例也有一定疗效,总有效率77.5％,但制剂对少数患者有短暂的局部刺激性。

CLINICAL STUDY ON THERAPETIC ABORTION OF 1788 SUBJECTS AND BRONCHODILATING EFFECT OF 89 SUBJECT BY PGE PREPARATION

The therapeutic abortion of mid-trimester pregnancy by FGE(PGE_1+PGE_2) preparation was observed in 1788 subjects, drugs given ty the fellewing methods 1, Intrauterine-extraamniotic catheterization. 2, Method 1+large water balloon. 3. Method 1+small water balloon, 4. Method 1+cevical insertion with dry umbilical cord. 5. Water balloon deliverance. 6.Method 5+oxytocin. 7.Intraamniotic injection. Abortion was successful in 99.4%.The induction-abortion interval of method 3 and 4 was 8.7 and 9.8 h, respectively. In comperison with these two methods, method 5 was simple without any side effects, but with slightly longer induction-abortion interval. The PGE aerosol preparation showed a certain effect in the treatment of 89 asthma patients. The gross efficacy is 77.5%. However, this preparation might produce short-time local irritation on some patients.
