| 摘 要： | 目的：测定不同生长期的川产九节龙中2种新皂苷的含量,为确定合理采收期提供科学数据。方法：采用双波长薄层扫描法进行含量测定。结果：川产九节龙中2种新皂苷在5,6,7,8月份中的含量逐渐增高,以8月份含量最高。结论：此法具有简便,快速,精密度好,线性范围宽等特点。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:The contents of the two new saponins(ardipusilloside Ⅰ and ardipusilloside Ⅱ) of Ardisia pusilla A.DC at different growing periods were determined for their optimum time of harvesting.METHOD:The contents were determined by TLC scanning.RESULTS:The two new saponins in Ardisia pusilla rose progressively from May to August and the month of August produced the highest content.CONCLUSION:This method is simple,rapid and accurate with good reproducibility. |
