我院2006～2008年口服非甾体类药的应用情况分析

目的了解我院2006~2008年口服非甾体类药的临床应用情况。方法通过我院药房计算机处理系统统计2006~2008年口服非甾体类药的名称、价格、使用数量情况,计算出日用药金额、DDDs、销售金额。应用DDDs排序及金额排序进行统计分析。结果用药频度最高的是阿斯匹林,含对乙酰氨基酚的复方制剂如复方氯唑沙宗分散片和双氯酚酸钠缓释胶囊,3年DDDs排序第2和第3位,高选择性的COX-2抑制剂如:美洛昔康片DDDs排序逐年上升。结论由于阿斯匹林具用抑制血小板聚集,预防血栓形成,且日用药金额很低,因此临床上作为防治心脑血管病的常用药物,其DDDs排序始终第一,高效、低毒的非甾体类药如COX-2抑制剂应用逐年增多。

ANALYSIS OF ORAL NSAIDS APPLICATION IN OUR HOSPITAL FROM 2006 TO 2008

Objective To understand chnical application of oral NSAIDs in our hospital from 2006 to 2008. Methods Through our hospital pharmacy computer system, statistics from 2006 to 2008 oral NSAIDs name, price, number of cases used to calculate the amount on drugs, DDDs, the amount of sales. DDDs applications sorted by the amount of sorting and statistical analysis. Results The highest frequency is the use of aspirin, and acetaminophen, such as the compound preparation of compound tablet chlorzoxazone and diclofenac sodium sustained - release capsules DDDs sorted 2 and 3 in three years. Highly selective COX -2 inhibitors such as meloxicam tablets sorted DDDs increased year by year. Conclusion Since aspirin can inhibit platelet aggregation, prevent thrombosis, and it＇ s very low cost, so it is clinically used as common drug to prevent and cure cardiovascular diseases and its DDDs sorted the first all along. As to high efficient and low toxicity NSAIDs such as COX -2 inhibitors is used increasingly year by year.
