煤矽肺患者血清铜,锌,铁,镁,钙水平变化观察

目的：血清铜、锌、铁、镁、钙含量的变化与煤矽肺发生发展的关系及临床价值。方法：使用Ｐ－Ｅ１１００Ｂ型原子吸收分光光度计，检测４９例（平均年龄６９．６５岁）各期单纯矽肺患者及５０例健康老年人（平均年龄６２．５岁），对照组血清铜、锌、铁、镁、钙５种元素的含量。结果：患和血清铜、铜／锌、及镁显著高于正常对照组，血清锌、铁及钙含量怀健康对照组差异无显著性。结论：煤矽肺患者血清铜及铜／锌上升，由于吸入ＳｉＯ

Studies of Cu 2+ ,Zn 2+ ,Fe 2+ ,Mg 2+ and Ca 2+ content in serum of silicosis patients

Objective:Investigating the relationship between the changes of Cu 2+ ,Zn 2+ ,Fe 2+ ,Mg 2+ and Ca 2+ content in the serum of silicosis patients and relationship of occurrence and development of this disease,and investigating their clinical value.Methods:Using P E 1100 B atomic absorption spectrophotometer on a group of 49 cases (averaging 69.65 years old) of silicosis and on a control group of 50 healthy old man(averaging 62.5 years old).Results:Remarkably higher content of Cu 2+ ,Cu 2+ /Zn 2+ and Mg 2+ in the serum of silicosis patients can be accounted for by the fact that,due to the toxicity of the SiO 2 inhaled,the macrophages of alveoli pulmonum produce so much peroxide such as OH - and O - 2 as promotes formation of Cu 2+ /Zn 2+ SOD in great quantities and thus enhances the function of anti oxidation.In the process of oxidation and anti oxidation,Mg 2+ may probably participate in the conversion of free energy.
