MEBT/MEBO与综合疗法治疗烧伤临床分析

目的：通过对60例烧伤病人的治疗临床观察,总结分析烧伤湿性医疗技术（MEBT/MEBO）与综合治疗在烧伤中的应用效果。方法：对MEBT/MEBO综合治疗的深Ⅱ度～Ⅲ度烧伤患者的疗效进行总结分析。结果：60例中死亡1例,对33例深Ⅱ度及Ⅲ度烧伤创面早期进行耕耘减压疗法,及时清除坏死组织,创面感染迅速控制,治愈率99.4%。平均愈合天数8天～13天,5例由于创面过大在肉芽创面上行邮票植皮愈合,经过2～3年随访,深Ⅱ度有轻度软平瘢痕,不影响功能,1例瘢痕增生,部分功能障碍。结论：MEBT/MEBO与耕耘减张及坏死组织清除处理等综合疗法能缩短焦痂液化时间,既利于创面感染控制,又不破坏干细胞原位再生及创面修复。

The assessment of of MEBT/MEBO associated with complex therapy to treat 60 cases burns

Objective：To summarize the effect of MEBO/MEBT associated with complex therapy in treating burns by observing the efficacy of 60 cases.Methods：Make an assessment of deepⅡ～Ⅲdegree burned patients treated with MEBO/MEBT associated with complex therapy.Results：One case was dead.33 cases of deepⅡ～Ⅲdegree burned pa- tients were treated with plowing decompression therapy at early stage.Having removed necrotic tissues timely in 20 cases, the wound infections were controlled quickly.The cure rate was 99.4% and the average healing time was 8-13 days.5 cases with oversize wounds healed with stamps skin grafting at the granulation wounds.After 2-3 years follow-up visit, deepⅡdegree patients had softly scar,but no dysfunction was observed.I case had hyperplasia scar and partial dysfunction.Conclusion：MEBT/MEBO associated with complex therapy such as plowing decompression therapy and necrotic tissues removing technique could shorten escar liquefaction time,which is favorable for both infection control and stem cells regeneration in situ to repair wounds.
