| 摘 要： | 目的制定科学、实用的护理过程质量评价指标体系,促进护理管理工作快速发展,提高护理管理质量.方法依照不同医院标准,并根据相关文献和对9所医院的调研结果,按层次分析法拟定基础指标体系.采用德尔斐法(Delphi)组织3轮专家咨询,讨论制定质量评价指标体系.结果建立了由护理服务、护理管理、护理技术和护理安全4项一级指标、13项二级指标、5项三级指标构成的医院护理过程质量综合评价体系.结论新指标体系体现了新的管理理念,内容更合理.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a scientific and practical quality evaluation system in order to improve the nursing management.Methods According to the hospital management standard and the results of investigating the present status, the basic valuation system was first set up, then amended by "Delphi method".Results Quality evaluation system has been developed,which consists of 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 5 third-level indicators.Conclusion This evaluation system turn out to be scientific and practical. |
