浙南地区代谢综合征患者靶器官损害状况及护理对策

目的 了解浙南地区代谢综合征并发靶器官损害的状况,探讨护理对策,以降低其危害性.方法 回顾性分析浙南地区2351份健康体检人群的资料,根据中华医学会糖尿病学分会(CDS)建议的代谢综合征诊断标准,筛选出代谢综合征(MS)患者并调查其靶器官损害情况进行分析.结果 2351例中符合代谢综合征诊断标准者共247例,并发靶器官损害包括脂肪肝、脑病变、肾功能受损等.结论 浙南地区代谢综合征发生率并不低,并容易发生靶器官损害.为代谢综合征患者提供一级、二级预防的护理对策是必要的.

The damage status of target organ in patients with metabolic syndrome in southern Zhejiang and the nursing countermeasures

Objective To understand the damage status of target organ in patients with metabol-ic syndrome (MS) in southern Zhejiang, and discuss the nursing strategies to reduce the harmfulness of MS. Methods 2351 data collected from health examination were analyzed retrospectively in southern Zhejiang,patients with MS were screened according to the MS diagnostic criteria proposed by Chinese Dia-betes Society and the damage status of their target organ went through analysis. Results 247 accorded with MS diagnostic criteria, damage of target organ included fatty liver,cerebral lesion, renal function dam-age, etc. Conclusions The incidence of MS in seuthem Zhejiang is not low, and target organs damage is likely to happen. It is necessary to offer the primary and the secondary prevention nursing strategies for pa-tients with MS.
