冠心病患者检测超敏C-反应蛋白和同型半胱氨酸的临床意义

目的探讨冠心病患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和同型半胱氨酸（HCY）测定的临床价值。方法选择2008年1月～2010年2月在我院内科住院的冠心病患者96例及健康对照者35例,分别对冠心病组及对照组进行血清hs-CRP和HCY水平的测定。结果冠心病患者血清hs-CRP和HCY水平明显高于正常对照组（p〈0.01）;冠心病患者各亚组间hs-CRP和HCY水平比较也有极显著性差异（p〈0.01和p〈0.05）,呈AMI组〉UAP组〉SAP组趋势。结论冠心病患者血清hs-CRP和HCY水平明显升高,血清hs-CRP和HCY水平测定可以作为评估冠心病患者病情严重程度的敏感指标。

Detection of high sensitivity C-reactive protein and homocysteinein patients with coronary heart disease and its significance

Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） and homocysteine（HCY） detected in coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods The levels of serum hs-CRP and HCY in CHD patients（n=96） andnormal control（n=35） were detected.Results The levels of hs-CRP and HCY in CHD patients were significantly higher than those of the control（p0.01）.There were also significantly differences among the sub groups of CHD patients,the levels of hs-CRP and HCY in creased following with the increase of severe degree of CHD（p 〈0.01 or p 〈0.05）.Conclusion The levels of serum hs-CRP and HCY in CHD patients increase obviously,which can be used to evaluate the severityof condition as sensitive indicator.
