银杏叶提取物对老年糖尿病血栓前状态的影响

目的探讨银杏叶提取物（金纳多）对瘀血证老年糖尿病的血栓前状态的影响。方法将87例有血栓前状态伴有瘀血证的老年糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组（45例,服用银杏叶提取物金纳多）与对照组（42例,服用阿司匹林）。另设26例正常对照组。比较治疗2周前后血小板颗粒膜蛋白（GMP-140）、凝血酶-抗凝血酶Ⅲ（TAT）、组织型纤溶酶原激活物（TPA）及其抑制物（PAI）的活性。结果与正常对照组比较,治疗前治疗组与对照组GMP-140、TAT及PAI的活性均明显升高（P〈0.01）,TPA均明显降低（P〈0.01）。治疗后,治疗组GMP-140、TAT及PAI的活性均明显下降（P〈0.01）,TPA明显上升（P〈0.05）。治疗后对照组上述各指标均无明显变化。结论银杏叶提取物（金纳多）能改善老年糖尿病患者的血栓前状态下高凝低纤溶活性的作用和糖尿病瘀血证候,其主要作用机理可能与改善GMP-140、TPA、PAI、TAT的含量等有关。

Effects of Ginkgo Biloba Extract(Ginaton)on Prethrombotic State in Senile Diabetics

Objective To explore the effects of ginkgo biloba extract(ginaton)on prethrombotic state in senile diabetics of blood stasis pattern/syndrome.Methods 87 cases of prethrombotic state with blood stasis pattern/syndrome for the patients with senile diabetes were randomized into a treatment group(45 cases,treated with ginaton)and a control group(42 cases,treated with aspirin).Additionally,a normal control group was set up(26 cases).The activities of platelet granule membrane protein(GMP-140),thromobin-antithromobin(TAT),tectotype plasminogen activator(TPA)and its inhibitor(PAI)were compared before and 2 weeks after treatment.Results Compared with the normal control group,the activities of GMP-140,TAT and PAI were increased apparently(P<0.01)and TPA was decreased apparently(P<0.01)in the treatment group and the control group before treatment.After treatment,the activities of GMP-140,TAT and PAI were decreased apparently(P<0.01)and TPA was increased apparently(P<0.05)in the treatment group.After treatment,the above indicators did not change apparently in the control group.Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract(ginaton)improves in the high coagulation and fibrinolysis activity and relieves the symptoms of blood stasis pattern/syndrome of diabetes.The main mechanism is probably relevant with the improvements in the activities of GMP-140,TPA,PAI and TAT.
