三七小陷胸汤联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰浊化热兼瘀血)对照临床观察

目的]观察三七小陷胸汤联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰浊化热兼瘀血)的临床疗效。方法]将60例患者分为两组,对照组30例口服单硝酸异山梨酯胶囊、阿司匹林泡腾片、阿托伐他汀片治疗,治疗组30例在对照组的治疗基础上加用三七小陷胸汤治疗。观察心绞痛症状积分、同型半胱氨酸水平变化。均以1个月为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后判定疗效。结果]两组用药前症状积分无明显差异;两组用药前后同组症状积分比较有明显改善;两组用药1个月后组间症状比较有明显改善。结论]三七小陷胸汤联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效满意。

Three Seven Xiao Xianxiong Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease(Phlegm Heat and Blood Stasis)

Objective] To observe three seven Xiao Xianxiong decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm heat and blood stasis) clinical efficacy.Methods]60 patients were divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group oral isosorbide mononitrate capsule,aspirin effervescent tablets,atorvastatin treatment,the treatment group of 30 cases in the control group treated with Xiao Xianxiong decoction treatment three seven.Observation of angina symptoms integral,homocysteine level.By 1months to1 courses of treatment,after 1 courses of treatment to judge the curative effect.Results] Before treatment,the treatment group and the control group of symptoms integral no difference;after the treatment,treatment group symptom score have significant differences,the control group had significant differences in symptom score;medication after 1 months,two groups of symptoms compared with a difference.Conclusion] Three seven Xiao Xianxiong decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris curative effect satisfaction.
