| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨马来酸桂哌齐特联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DNP)的临床效果. 方法 72例DNP患者经血糖控制达到满意后,随机分为两组:治疗组(n=36,马来酸桂哌齐特联合依帕司他治疗),对照组(n=36,甲钴铵治疗).观察其对腓总神经及胫神经传导速度的影响,并分析其对DNP所致微血管病变引起的神经缺血、缺氧的疗效. 结果 治疗组总有效率,腓总神经和胫神经传导速度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且未发现明显的不良反应. 结论 马来酸桂哌齐特联合依帕司他治疗DNP效果明显优于甲钴铵,且无明显不良反应.
