青蒿酯钠的抗疟机理

摘    要:青蒿酯钠(sodium artesunate,SA)在碱性条件下可产生超氧阳离子(O_2~-)和过氧化氢(H_2O_2)等活性氧;在pH 7.4条件下虽不能产生活性氧,但可使红细胞中O_2~-和H_2O_2等活性氧的浓度升高,并能增加红细胞膜的脂质过氧化.SA使疟原虫感染红细胞的活性氧增加和膜脂质过氧化程度均比未感染红细胞显著.

Abstract:Peroxidative antimalaria action of sodium artesunate was studied in vitro. Under alkaline conditions, sodium artesunate could produce active oxygen species, including the superoxide anion (O2) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), but no O2 or H2O2 was produced by the drug at pH 7.4. However .sodiumartesunate could increase the concentration of O2 and H2O2 in erythrocytesby increasing membrane lipid peroxidation, with this action being more marked in infected than in normal erythrocytes.
