护理专业本科生时间管理倾向研究

目的:调查护理专业本科生时间管理倾向情况,为培养护理本科生时间管理能力提供依据。方法:采用青少年时间管理倾向量表,对467名护理专业本科生进行调查。结果:护理本科生时间管理倾向量表平均得分为(3.24±0.40)分,各维度的平均得分为:时间价值感(3.15±0.47)分;时间监控感(3.19±0.42)分;时间效能感(3.40±0.53)分。不同护理专业方向、不同年级护理本科生时间管理倾向各维度的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),是否担任过班干部的护理本科生时间管理倾向各维度的差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同护理专业方向、不同年级及是否担任过班干部的护理专业本科生时间管理倾向情况不同,教育工作者应根据不同的特点加强对其时间管理能力的培养。

Differences of time management disposition among nursing undergraduate students

Objectives: To explore the differences of time management dispositionamong nursing undergraduate students and to provide references for cultivating their timemanagement abilities. Methods: Four hundred and sixty seven nursing undergraduatestudents were investigated with Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale. Results:The average score of time management disposition was (3.24±0.40). The average score ofeach dimension, the sense of time value, the sense of time control, and the sense of timeefficiency was (3.15±0.47), (3.19±0.42) and (3.40±0.53) respectively. There were differencesin the scores of each dimension of time management disposition among students in differentgrades, different nursing major fields and having the experience of holding a class cadreor not (P<0.05).Conclusion: There were different conditions in the time managementdisposition among nursing undergraduate students in different grades, nursing majorfields and cadres’ experiences. The educators should strengthen the cultivation of timemanagement according to the different characteristics of nursing undergraduate students.
