| 摘 要： | 目的 观察灯盏花素联合脑蛋白水解物治疗眩晕的疗效.方法 将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组.观察组给予灯盏花素注射液联合脑蛋白水解物注射液治疗,对照组给予复方丹参注射液治疗,2组疗程均为7d.结果 观察组显效率、好转率及总有效率均高于对照组,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 灯盏花素联合脑蛋白水解物治疗眩晕具有明显疗效,值得临床推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of breviscapine and brain protein hydrolysate in the treatment of vertigo.Methods Totally 80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group received breviscapine injection combined brain protein hydrolysate injection.Control group was given compound salvia injection.Patients in the two groups were treated for 7 days.Results In the observation group,apparent rate and total effective rate were higher than those in the control group,the total efficiency had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Breviscapine combined brain protein hydrolysate in the treatment of vertigo has obvious effect,which is worthy of clinical application. |
