阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

目的评价阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法将80例精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组和利培酮组,每组各40例,进行为期6周治疗观察。采用阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定疗效、治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评价不良反应及安全性。结果治疗6周两组PANSS评分较治疗前均显著降低（均P〈0.05）,各时点PANSS评分两组间减分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗6周末,两组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效与利培酮相当,是一种安全而有效的抗精神病药物。

A cmparative study of Aripiprazole and Risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 80 schizphreia patients were randomly divided into two groups,the Aripiprazole group and Rispridone group,40 patients took Aripiprazole and the other 40 patients took Risperidone.And the cmparative study was performed with a course of 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy was assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),and the side effect was assessed with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)before treatment and at the end of the 6th week treatment.Results By the end of the 6-week treatment,in both groups,the scores of PANSS decreased significantly comparing to the base line(P<0.05)without statistically difference between two groups.By the end of week 6,there is any statistically significant difference between the two groups.No severe adverse events were reported in both groups.Conclusion Aripiprazole has similar efficacy to risperidone in the antipsychotic treatment.So aripiprazole is a safe and effective anti-psycbotics.
