小肠憩室的临床诊断与治疗(附6例分析)

目的探讨小肠憩室的诊断与治疗。方法对我院2010年10月至2012年5月收治的小肠憩室6例临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较术前及术后诊断,归纳小肠憩室的并发症及治疗方法。结果均经手术诊断,病理为憩室。结论小肠憩室主要并发症为急性憩室炎或伴穿孔、肠梗阻、消化道出血,易与其他疾病混淆,对于原因不明的急腹症,消化道出血应考虑小肠憩室,手术治疗效果好。

Diagnosis and treatment of small intestine diverticulum(analysis of 6 cases)

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatments of small intestine diverticulum.Methods The clinical data of 5 cases of small intestine diverticulum from October 2010 to May 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.A comparison of their diagnosis before operation and after operation was performed;the complications and treatment were conducted.Results All patients were diagnosed by surgical treatments.Pathological examination revea1ed that all cases had diverticulum.Conclusion Complications of small intestine diverticulum are mainly acute diverticulitis or perforation,hemorrhage of digestive duct and intestinal obstruction,which are easy to be confounded with other diseases.Small intestine diverticulum should be allowed for acute abdomen and hemorrhage of digestive duct.It is suggested that early operation of adult small intestine diverticulum should be done.
