| 摘 要： | 护理实训教学是基础护理教学的重要环节,护理实训是将基础护理理论知识、技能与实践结合的关键。随着护理服务模式的改变,在护理实训教学中融入优质护理服务理念,适应现代护理服务模式的发展,有利于在护理技能操作练习中培养学生以"人文关怀"为出发点的优质护理和创新思维能力。

| Abstract: | Nursing practical teaching is an important part in basic nursing teaching. It is the key to a combination of theory, skills and practice of basic nursing. With the change of nursing service mode, integrated the high quality nursing service concept into nursing practi is helpful to cultivate independent thinking ce teaching, to adapt to the development of modern nursing service mode, and innovative thinking ability of students to ＂humanistic care＂ as a starting point in the practice of nursing skills operation. |
