丹白麦门冬汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠GAS、PGE2的影响

目的:研究丹白麦门冬汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠血清胃泌素(GAS)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)的影响,探讨其治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的实质。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、丹大组,丹小组及维酶素组,采用综合方法造模,分别运用丹白麦门冬汤(大、小剂量)及维酶素治疗,观察各组大鼠各项指标。结果:模型对照组GAS及PGE2含量均较正常组为低,而丹大组、丹小组的GAS及PGE2含量均高于模型对照组,尤其以丹大组明显(P<0.01)。结论:丹白麦门冬汤能够明显促进模型大鼠血清胃泌素和前列腺素E2的分泌,从而促进胃酸及胃蛋白酶原的分泌,以及增强胃粘膜的防御机能,是该方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的机理之一。

Effect of Danbaimaimendong Decoction on GAS、 PGE2 of the rats wich chronic atrophic gastritis

Objective: Gastrin(GAS) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) are influenced by the DanBaimaimendong(DBMMD) decoction on wistar rats suffered from Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(CAG).To study the mechanism of DBMMD in treating CAG.Methods: The Wistar rats had been divided into five groups at random,the normal,the model,the high-dosage,low-dosage of DBMMD and the Vitacoenzyme.The remain groups were made into the model of CAG and administered some medication except the normal group.Then we observed the quantity of GAS and PGE2.Results: The content of GAS and PGE2 in the model group were lower than the normal group,but they were higher in the high-dosage and low-dosage groups than the model.It is notable in high-dosage of DBMMD groups.Conclusion: The GAS and the PGE2 in blood serum of model rats could be heightened obviously by DBMMD.Then hydrochloric acid and Pepsinogen secretions were increased.CAG could be cured through enhancing the recovery of gastric mucosa.
