香砂六君子汤对胃癌患者免疫功能的影响

目的：探讨香砂六君子汤对胃癌患者免疫功能的影响,为胃癌的中医治疗提供临床依据.方法：收集胃癌患者95例,按抽签法分为治疗组（n=48）和对照组（n=47）.对照组仅采用FOLFOX4的系统化疗方案治疗.治疗组采用香砂六君子汤治疗.比较两组患者术后治疗前后的细胞免疫功能指标及生存质量的变化情况.结果：两组治疗前比较,CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD4＋/CD8＋无明显差异,治疗后,治疗组CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,对照组治疗后CD8＋明显高于治疗前（P〈0.05）;治疗后,治疗组生存质量改善达有效的比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：香砂六君子汤治疗对胃癌患者术后免疫功能具有明显的改善作用,有利于提高患者的生存质量,从而改善预后,值得临床借鉴.

Effects of the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on immune function of gastric cancer patients

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on immune function of gastric cancer patients. Methods： 95 patients were randomly divided into two groups; the control group was given chemotherapy treatment, and another was given the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction. Results： Compared with before treatment, CD3＋, CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ in the treatment group were significantly higher （P〈0.05）; CD8＋ in the control was significantly higher than before （P〈0.05）; the improvement of the quality of life in treatment group was obviously better, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Xiangsha Liujunzidecoction was effective on improving immune function, quality of life and the prognosis in patients, and is worthy of clinical reference.
