| 摘 要： | 目的：观察穴位埋线联合咪唑斯汀配合中医中药治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效.方法：以随机开放平行的方法,将120例慢性荨麻疹分为三组.治疗组采用穴位埋线联合咪唑斯汀片10mgqdpo,配合中医辨证给药综合方法治疗慢性荨麻疹;第二组单独应用咪唑斯汀片（用法同治疗组）,第三组应用咪唑斯汀片（用法同治疗组）联合中医中药辨证论治中西医结合方法治疗慢性荨麻疹.穴位埋线每10d一次,疗程均为3周,进行疗效评定.结果：治疗组总有效率为77.5%;咪唑斯汀联合中医中药中西医结合组总有效率60.0%;单独应用咪唑斯汀组总有效率为45.0%.三组疗效比较,差异有显著性（x2=13.43,P〈0.05）.结论：穴位埋线联合咪唑斯汀配合中医中药综合治疗,有相互协同,共奏益气固表、养血活血、疏风止痒之功.既调整人体气血、固护营卫,同时又疏风散邪,是理想的治疗方法,可以达到标本兼治的目的.

Clinical observation on treating chronic urticaria by catgut implantation plus the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effects of catgut implantation plus the integrative medicine on chronic urticaria. Methods： 120patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into three groups, the treatment group was given catgut implantation plus mizolastine tablets, 10mg qd po, the TCM medicine; the group 2 was given mizolastine tablets solo, and the group 3 was given mizolastine tablets plus theTCM medicine. Results： The total efficacy in three groups was 77.5%, 60.0%, 45.0% respectively, the difference was statistically （x2=13.43,P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Catgut implantation plus mizolastine tablets and the TCM medicine with Yiqi Gubiao, Yangxue Huoxue, Shufeng Zhiyang, has obvious effects on chronic urticaria, can adjust function of the body, therapeutic purposes has been achieved. |
