针灸治疗中风后抑郁症的系统评价

目的：系统评价针灸治疗中风后抑郁症的科研文献、临床疗效和安全性.方法：检索各医学数据库,并进行计量学分析.从文献中筛选出针灸药物结合治疗的中风后抑郁症患者作为观察组,接受药物治疗的中风后抑郁症患者作为对照组,进行Meta分析.结果：通过对分析得出针灸治疗中风后抑郁症的文献在逐年增多,多以抑郁症和中风诊断标准综合进行准断.相对于对照组,观察组临床治疗效果好,安全性高（P〈0.05）.结论：针灸治疗中风后抑郁症受人们关注,相关文献较多,为临床提供了大量资料.药物结合针灸治疗临床效果好,安全性高.但其研究方法尚不完善,仍需进一步探讨.

Systematic evaluation on treatment of depression after stroke by acupuncture

Objective： To evaluate the scientific literature, clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture treatment for stroke depression.Methods： Various medical databases were searched, and metrology.
