中西医结合治疗肛肠科术后肛门瘙痒症78例

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗肛肠科术后肛门瘙痒症的疗效.方法：将156例肛肠科术后肛门瘙痒症患者按数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,各78例,对照组给予西医疗法,观察组给予中西医结合疗法,对比两组疗效,随访6个月,对比复发率.结果：观察组1个疗程治愈率88.47%优于对照组的58.97%,瘙痒程度评分前后差值（1.82±0.27）分高于对照组的（1.43±0.31）分,随访期间观察组复发率3.89%低于对照组的14.47%,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：中西医结合治疗肛肠科术后肛门瘙痒症可迅速缓解症状,减少复发,疗效确切.

Treating 78 cases of postoperative anal pruritus in the integrative medicine

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of the integrative medicine on postoperative anal pruritus. Methods： 156 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 78 cases for each. The control group was given western medicine treatment, while the observation group was given the integrative medicine treatment, with 6 months of treatments, clinical effects were compared. Results： The curative rate （88.47%） in the observation group was better than that （58.97%） in the control group （P〈0.05）,pruritus severity scores （1.82±0.27） were higher than that （1.43±0.31） in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the recurrence rate （3.89%） was significantly lower than that （14.47%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine could improve clinical symptoms, induce the recurrence rate, and the clinical efficacy was confirmed.
