分析亚临床甲状腺功能减退症（甲减）伴冠心病的临床特点及其中西医治疗效果

目的：探讨亚临床甲状腺功能减退症伴冠心病的临床特点及中西医治疗的特点.方法：对我院2011年9月-2013年9月间收治的32例亚临床甲减伴冠心病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果：患者临床多以心悸、气短、胸闷等冠心病症状为主,伴有不同程度嗜睡、记忆力减退、不明原因水肿等.采用中医药联合常规治疗的中西医结合组患者总有效率达到94.44%,总有效率明显高于左旋甲状腺素治疗的西医组患者（P〈0.05）,中西医结合组患者治疗后TSH水平下降程度明显优于西医组（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义.结论：亚临床甲减伴冠心病临床表现缺乏特异性,采用中医药联合常规治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用.

A clinical analysis of treating hypothyroidism plus coronary heart disease in the integrative medicine

Objective： To discuss clinical features and the integrative medicine treatment of hypothyroidism plus coronary heart disease. Methods： Clinical data of 32 patients were analyzed. Results： The main features in clinic were presented as palpitations, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and drowsiness, memory loss, and edema. The total efficacy in the integrative medicine group was 94.44%,obviously higher than that in the western group （P〈0.05）; the descent of TSH level was better than that in the western group （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The integrative medicine shows great effects on hypothyroidism plus coronary heart disease, which lack of specificity in clinic, and was worthy of promotion.
