老年人继发性癫痫40例临床分析

目的：了解老年人继发性癫痫患者的临床特征,为以后临床对老年继发性癫痫患者诊治提供依据.方法：随机抽取本院2011年～2013年收治年龄在60岁以上继发性癫痫患者40例,对其临床资料以回顾性方法进行分析,归纳此类患者临床特点.结果：老年人继发性癫痫患者中男性所占据比例要高于女性患者,原发病为脑出血或脑梗死的患者并发继发性癫痫概率相对较高;患者在原发疾病发作后48小时内出现继发性癫痫比例较多,而1年或以上出现继发性癫痫的概率相对较低;所有患者在发现继发性癫痫后立即进行抗癫痫药物治疗,均取得令人满意的临床疗效,其中有4例患者出现癫痫发作数次.结论：老年人继发性癫痫近年来呈现出逐渐升高的趋势,对老年人生命健康有极大的威胁,对此类患者应该加强观察和护理力度,及时发现继发性癫痫并采取有效治疗措施,最大程度保障患者生命健康和生活质量.

Clinical analysis on 40 cases with senile secondary epilepsy

Objective： To investigate the clinical features of senile secondary epilepsy in order to provide reference for furtherdiagnosis on senile secondary epilepsy. Methods： The medical records of 40 patients above 60 year-old with senile secondary epilepsy inour hospital from 2011 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and summarized the clinical characteristics. Results： Among secondaryepilepsy patients, the proportion of the male was higher than that of the female, the primary disease of patients with intracerebralhemorrhage or cerebral infarction complicated with secondary epilepsy probability was relatively high; the more the proportion ofsecondary epilepsy appeared within 48 hours after the onset of disease; the probability of the occurrence of secondary epilepsy is relativelylow for patients with primary in 1 years or more; all patients were treated with anti epileptic drugs immediately after secondary epilepsy,which achieved satisfactory clinical effects, including 4 patients suffered several seizures. Conclusion： The senile secondary epilepsy inrecent years shows the increasing trend,which is a great threat to the life and health of the elderly. For such patients, the observation andnursing should be strengthened. The timely discovery of secondary epilepsy and effective treatment could guarantee patient health andquality of life.
