| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药内服外敷结合针刺治疗痤疮的效果.方法：78例患者被随机分为中药内服外敷与针刺联合治疗组44例和中药内服外敷对照组34例,判断治疗两个疗程后的总体疗效.结果：治疗组总有效率为95.5%,对照组总有效率为79.4%,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：中药内服外敷与针灸联合可达到标本兼治的功效,值得临床推广.

Clinical observation on treating acne with TCM medicine plus acupuncture |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of TCM medicine plus acupuncture on acne. Methods： 78 patients were randomly divided into 44 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control. The treatment group was given TCM medicine plus acupuncture, and the control group was given TCM medicine solo. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment was 95.5%, in another was79.4%. Clinical efficacy in the treatment was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM medicine plus acupuncture on acne could improve efficacy thoroughly, and were worthy of promotion. |
