| 摘 要： | 目的：观察红景天治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效.方法：将80例糖尿病肾病患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组加用红景天治疗,对照组采用常规治疗方案,比较两组治疗前后24h尿蛋白、尿B2微球蛋白（B2-MG）、肌酐清除率（Ccr）的变化.结果：两组患者血糖24h尿蛋白、HbA1c和B2-MG均较治疗前明显下降,治疗组的24h尿蛋白、B2-MG下降较对照组更明显（P﹤0.05）.结论：红景天对糖尿病肾病疗效确切,值得进一步研究推广.

Clinical Observation of 40 Cases of Diabetic Nephropathy Treated withRhodiola rosea |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical curative efficacy of rhodiola rosea on treating diabetic nephropathy. Method： 80patients with diabetic nephropathy （DN） were divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given conventionaltreatment. The treatment group, besides conventional treatment, was given rhodiola roseal. 24 hours after the treatment, the changes ofurine protein, B2-MG and Ccr of the two groups were compares. Result： After treatment, the 24 hour urine protein, HbA1c and B2-MG ofthe two groups were significantly lower than that before the treatment. The 24 hour urine protein and B2-MG of the treatment reduced moresignificantly than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Rhodiola rosea has definite effect on treating diabetic nephropathy and itis worthy of promotion. |
