中药辅助治疗消化性溃疡临床疗效分析

目的：探究中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡临床效果.方法：80例已确诊的消化性溃疡患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例.对照组患者实施常规三联疗法（奥美拉唑、甲硝唑、阿莫西林）,观察组在常规三联的基础上加用中药进行辅助治疗,2周后观察两组患者的临床治疗效果,1年后观察复发率.结果：观察组患者的总体有效率为97.5%,对照组有效率为72.5%,两者存在差异性（P〈0.05）;1年后,观察组患者临床复发率为2.5%,对照组复发率为15.0%,亦存在差异性.结论：中药辅助治疗消化性溃疡临床疗效确切,可显著提高消化性溃疡的总体有效率,且复发率低,值得推广应用.

Clinical effective analysis on treating peptic ulcer in TCM

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on peptic ulcer. Methods： 80 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into 40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group. The control group was given conventional triple therapy （omeprazole, metronidazole, amoxicillin）; the observation group was given TCM medicine more. Clinical efficacy in two groups was observed in 2 weeks, and the recurrence rate was observed in 1 year. Results： The total efficiency in the observation was 97.5%, in another was 72.5%; there were significantly differences （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate in the observation was2.5%, in another was 15.1%; there were also significantly differences. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was confirmed with good clinical efficacy, low recurrence rate, and was worthy of promotion.
