机械通气伴慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者行俯卧位治疗护理方法探讨

目的：探讨俯卧位机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者的病情监测及护理方法.方法：回顾性总结COPD患者行气管切开俯卧位后的呼吸机管理、气道护理、营养和临床观察资料.结果：8例患者中有6例患者氧合状况明显改善（88%）,自动放弃1例,1例多脏器衰竭而死亡.结论：俯卧位机械通气治疗COPD能有效的改善患者的氧合状况,治疗中加强观察及护理可以避免并发症的发生.

Prone Position Mechanical Ventilation for Patients with Chronic ObstructivePulmonary Disease

Objective： To study the condition monitoring and nursing methods of prone position mechanical ventilation for patientswith chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Method： Retrospectively summarized the breathing machine management, airwaynursing, nutrition and clinical observations materials of COPD patients given prone position mechanical ventilation after tracheotomy.Results： In the 8 cases, 6 （88%） had remarkable improvement in oxygenation. 1 automatically give up. 1 died of multiple organ failure.Conclusions： Prone position mechanical ventilation in the treatment of COPD can effectively improve the condition of oxygenation.Enhancing observation and nursing during treatment can avoid complications.
