浅谈椎管肿瘤围手术期的护理效果分析

目的：对椎管肿瘤围手术期的护理效果进行分析和研究.方法：选取我院2012年3月～2014年3月收治的椎管肿瘤患者64例,采用数字分析法将其划分为研究组和对照组各32例,均给予其择期手术治疗,给予对照组患者常规护理,给予研究组患者术前以及术后综合护理,对其护理效果以及一般资料进行回顾性分析.结果：护理后,研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组,组间比较差异显著,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：给予椎管肿瘤患者围术期术前、术后综合护理较常规护理效果显著,在临床工作中值得应用和推广.

Analysis of Nursing Effect on Intraspinal Tumor during Perioperative Period

Objective： To analyze and study the nursing effect on intraspinal tumor during perioperative period. Method： 64 patientswith intraspinal tumor of our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were divided into research group and control group by numberanalysis method. Each group had 32 patients. Both the two groups were given selective operation. Patients in control group were givenconventional nursing. Patients in research group were given comprehensive nursing before and after operation. Retrospective analysis onnursing effect and general materials was made. Result： After nursing, the satisfaction degree of research group was significantly higher thanthat of control group, which was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of comprehensive nursing given to patientsbefore and after the operation of intraspinal tumor is better than that of conventional nursing. It is worthy of application and promotion inclinical work.
