| 摘 要： | 目的：为了进一步提高我院治疗先兆流产的临床疗效,保障母婴安全,本文就中西医治疗先兆流产的临床效果进行了浅显的研究和探讨.方法：选择我院自2012年8月-2013年8月期间收治的先兆流产患者54例,将其平均分为观察组和对照组,各27例.对照组患者采用西医治疗;观察组患者在西医治疗的基础上加行中医治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察和统计.结果：观察组患者的治疗的显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组患者,两组之间的差异显著（P〈0.05）.结论：中西医结合治疗应用于先兆流产临床治疗的效果十分显著,有效的提高了治疗的安全性和有效性,提高了患者的生活质量,值得推广.

A clinical analysis of treating threatened abortion in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on threatened abortion. Methods： 54 patients werer andomly divided into two groups, the control group was given western medicine; another was given TCM medicine more. Results： The markedly rate and the total efficacy in the observation group was obviously higher, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The integrative medicine was confirmed with good effects and high safety, can improve quality of life, and was worthy of clinical promotion. |
