溃疡性结肠炎患者应用中医序贯疗法的效果分析

目的：探讨分析应用中医序贯疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的效果.方法：以我院2010年3月-2013年3月间,收治的70例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各35例,观察组先进行湿热内蕴证清肠化湿,待病情缓解,应用中医序贯法进行清肠扶正治疗;对照组应用美沙拉秦进行治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效.结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率（91.4%）高于治疗组总有效率（71.4%）,观察组患者不良反应发生率（2.9%）低于对照组患者（20.0%）,观察组患者复发率（8.6%）低于对照组（34.3%）,以上结果其差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：中医序贯疗法可以有效提高溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,不良反应少,安全性较好,并且标本兼治,复发率低,值得应用推广.

An analysis of treating ulcerative colitis by TCM sequential therapy

Objective： To analyze clinical effects of TCM sequential therapy on ulcerative colitis. Methods： 70 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was given TCM sequential therapy, and another was given mesalazine. Results： The total efficacy in the observation group was （91.4%） better than that （71.4%） in the control. The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： TCM sequential therapy was confirmed with good effects, high safety, fewer adverse reactions and recurrence rate, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
